Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer Features

	The Ethylene Oxide sterilization chambers are in sand blasted finish. The client may specify additional polished surface grade, if required.
	Excellent steam and temperature distribution.  All of our customers, during validation, have achieved temperature which exceed requirements.
	The Ethylene Oxide sterilizer is supplied with stainless steel (SS) section water heating jackets.
	The door plate is built in solid 304 SS. The door frame is manufactured with a stainless steel dovetail shaped groove for the door sealing gasket.  The gasket seals the door by closing and tightening the arms and locks. Automatic doors are available upon request.
	All of the piping except for instrument air is built in 304 SS.
	The entire chamber is built in 3/8" solid 304 SS plate.
	The Ethylene Oxide sterilization chamber is enclosed with aluminum or stainless steel panels or as selected by client.  The top of the sterilizer is covered with aluminum diamond plate.
	All Sterile Technologies, Inc. equipment is provided with a user-friendly Industrial grade computer and PLC based control system and printer.  Our control system by far exceeds the standard control systems proposed by our competitors.  It is capable of storing up to 999 different programs (cycles), displays and prints real time events, process parameters, trend printing of process parameter curves, has a help package "online," maintains a maintenance log and historical event log that monitors alarms and working hours of the sterilization process and segments.  It also shows actual graphic components and equipment status of the entire sterilizer and process.  It can be accessed for troubleshooting to assist the client via modem.  It is also equipped with a buffer in order to prevent the loss of printed sterilization run data.
	All of our sterilizers meet ASME,  cGMP, ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11135-94, FDA, NFPA 560, NFPA 70, BSEN 1422 and USNEC guidelines.
	All sterilizers are manufactured to the latest ASME codes and registered with the National Board
	The sterilization control system process and software was developed by  Sterile Technologies, Inc. and has been audited, approved by domestic and international regulatory agencies, validated, and put into production by many major domestic and international companies.

   The microprocessor and/or PLC control system can be easily integrated to any filling line and/or manufacturing system to achieve a fully automated and hands free production, sterilization and packaging process.
