DSCF0073STI Ethylene Oxide (ETO) , Propylene Oxide (PO), Hydrogen Peroxide, Dry Heat Sterilizers and Sterilization Process Controls, consist of many universally available components that are readily available worldwide from local suppliers. STI will provide the client with part numbers, vendor names and list of parts modified by STI.

  • Sterilizer chambers are 304 or 316 stainless steel, as specified by client.
  • Sterilizer piping is 304 stainless steel and the valves are 316 stainless steel.
  • The doors and frame are solid 304 stainless steel with provisions for the door gasket. Manual, Semi-automatic/automatic doors are available upon request.
  • Chamber heating jackets are 304 stainless steel. Carbon steel jackets are available upon request by client.
  • Chambers are in sand blasted finish. Additional polished surface grades are available upon request.
  • Chamber is enclosed with insulated aluminum or stainless steel panels or as selected by client.
  • Process controls are provided with a user-friendly off the shelf PC/HMI with the latest Windows operating system, Allen Bradley PLC, monitor and printer. STI system exceeds those proposed by our competitors. It is capable of storing cycle data, displays and prints real time events, process parameters, trend printing of process parameter, maintenance log and historical event log that monitors alarms and working hours of the¬†sterilization process and segments.¬† It can be accessed for troubleshooting to assist the client via VPN.
  • Process control systems have been audited and approved by domestic and international regulatory agencies, validated, and integrated into production by many major domestic and international companies.
  • Sterilizers meet ASME, FDA, NFPA 50 and USA / NEC guidelines
  • Sterilizers are delivered in accordance the USA ASME Codes and registered as pressure vessels with the USA National Board.
